My family’s dog of 10 years died this morning. Sari, half Sheepdog half Labrador, is now wholly under yea feet of topsoil in an empty lot behind our house. She died of old age, probably. I don’t know. It’s too late for an autopsy. All I know is that she was a good dog and I’ll miss her greatly.

Ohh I never knew what that ribbon meant until now. Thank you for enlightening me. Because of that, I too have the ribbon on my thumbnail. I guess that’s all we can give the Haiti victims… support and awareness. That counts for something, right? :)
